Communication Styles
It’s rare to find someone who wakes up thinking, “I can’t wait to irritate my teammate. That’ll make my day.” But why does it seem like some people do? This session examines different communication styles, their strengths, potential weaknesses and ways to adapt to make teams more cohesive, more enjoyable and better able to communicate effectively.

Creativity
Somewhere along the line, we learned if something was fun, it must not be work. Studies show that those who think of their work as play, are more engaged and motivated. Together, we’ll use experiential creativity activities to walk you through why and how you can use creativity to create stronger teams and products.

Decision Making
Consensus. It’s all about consensus. Or is it? Learn about different decision making styles and methods to help your team make decisions more accurately, with better information and in the right way, all while understanding the individual role each contributor plays.
